Wednesday Evening:
Our Wednesday classes will resume again this summer in the outdoors. Watch for a start date being posted soon - we need to be sure we will not be having anymore snow!
Friday Morning:
Ongoing classes held from 9:30-10:30am at Vital Fitness in Lakewood, located at 6002 Mt. Tacoma Dr. Membership is not required to participate in this class. This is a beginning level class.
Fees: $7.00 per class
